Irv Loewen
Systems Engineer, CommScope
Irv has over 30 years of Telecom Systems experience. Beginning his career as a telephone technician, he soon moved into network infrastructure and became known for his attention to detail. As the industry progressed, he took on delivery of progressively larger structured cabling projects and gained a reputation for communications room “rescues” and upgrades.
Irv has multiple ICT Industry perspectives having worked as a technician, project manager, business owner and design consultant on projects in multiple sectors. His project experience includes Hospitals, Data Centers, Gaming/Entertainment, Education, Commercial, and Residential Developments.
As a Systems Engineer with Commscope, Irv provides technical support for the Western Canada Sales Team. He enjoys helping customers solve their challenges and introducing innovative technologies.
